Botox and filler in Seoul: prices, what's on the list, and the same price for foreigners

Thinking about Botox or a little filler while you are in Seoul for a holiday or a business trip? This guide is for people who want to see the published prices before they message a clinic, and who want to understand how units, cc and treatment areas change what they pay. LIV Plastic Surgery is a non-surgical anti-aging clinic in Gangnam, one minute from Sinsa Station and next to Garosu-gil. International patients pay from the same price list as Korean patients, there is no foreigner surcharge, and you can book directly in English without an agency.

Botox prices at LIV (2026)

LIV publishes its Botox prices by product. The list has two groups: contour Botox for the jaw and temples (the jaw-slimming Botox many people search for), and body Botox for the trapezius, arms, calves and thighs, which is priced per 100 IU. Product names below appear exactly as they do on the clinic's list.

Two things the list does not show. One is how many units a contour price includes: the number of units varies with the area and the amount of muscle, so it is decided at the consultation. The other is any price for expression lines — forehead, glabella (frown lines), crow's feet, corners of the mouth — although the Botox page names them as treatment areas. Expression-line Botox is not on the published price list, so you receive a quote at the consultation; if those are the areas you have in mind, say so in your first message.

Filler prices at LIV (2026)

Dermal filler at LIV is priced per cc, by product tier. The price list groups fillers as domestic, domestic premium and imported; the filler page adds one item priced per 3 cc and notes that other fillers are quoted at the consultation.

The 1 cc prices are published by tier rather than by brand name. Apart from the product names that appear on the price list (Xeomin and Allergan for Botox), the domestic products are introduced at the consultation, where the surgeon also decides with you which product suits your face and how many cc you need.

How to read the prices

• The tilde means "from". The final price is set at your in-person consultation once the surgeon has agreed the area and the amount with you, and VAT is added on top.
• Botox: the product is what moves the price. The same contour area runs from KRW 60,000 with a domestic product to KRW 190,000 with Allergan. Products differ in onset time, diffusion and duration, which is why the choice is made at the consultation rather than online.
• Body Botox is priced per 100 IU; the dose for each area is decided by the surgeon at the consultation, after looking at the area in person.
• Filler is priced per cc: the per-cc price times the number of cc used. How many cc an area takes varies from person to person.
• Nothing is added for being a foreign patient, and there is no fee for interpretation or language support.

How long it takes, downtime, and how long it lasts

Both treatments are done on the same day as your visit, with no return visit required, which is what makes them easy to fit around sightseeing or meetings.

Practical notes from the clinic's own pages:

• After Botox, avoid alcohol and saunas on the day of treatment, and do not massage the treated area.
• After filler, bruising or swelling is possible; in general it settles within a few days to about a week, although this varies from person to person. Do not massage or press the area, and avoid strenuous exercise and saunas for 3 days.
• The clinic notes that a Botox touch-up may be needed 2–3 weeks after a first treatment. If you will have left Korea by then, say so at the consultation: the clinic can review your progress from photos sent by messenger, then either adjust at your next visit or advise you on what to do locally. Ask about the cost of a touch-up at the consultation.
• Flying home: neither treatment needs a follow-up visit, and as non-surgical treatments they generally place no restriction on flying, so a flight the same day or the next day is usually not a problem. Confirm the timing for your own case at the consultation.

Booking from abroad, interpretation and payment

You do not need a medical-tourism agency or a broker. Message the clinic directly, get a quote before you travel, and there is no deposit to reserve a consultation. Enquiries are answered within one business day.

1. Contact the clinic on WhatsApp (+82 10-6888-2773) or the live chat on this site, in English, or use the contact form.
2. Remote consultation and quote. Describe the areas you have in mind and send a few photos; the clinic suggests suitable treatments and sends a clear price estimate.
3. Schedule your visit on a date and time that fits your itinerary.
4. Visit and same-day treatment. Meet the surgeon for a final in-person consultation, then receive your treatment the same day in most cases.
5. Remote aftercare. After you return home, follow-up runs through your messenger or chat, with a written aftercare guide in English.

Practical details for the day:

• Consultation fee: KRW 10,000 for the 1:1 consultation with the board-certified plastic surgeon, fully deducted from the treatment cost if you go ahead on the same day.
• Language: consultations in English, Japanese and Chinese; interpretation arranged free of charge on request.
• Clinic hours: Monday to Friday 10:00–19:00, Saturday 10:00–16:00, closed on Sunday (Korea time).

Who these treatments suit, and what to tell the clinic

The clinic describes Botox as suited to people concerned about expression wrinkles, those who want to reduce masseter (jaw muscle) or trapezius volume, those who want a quick and simple treatment, and younger patients interested in preventive anti-aging. Areas named on the site: forehead, glabella, eye area, masseter, mouth corners, trapezius and calves.

Dermal filler suits people who want to fill hollowed areas, soften nasolabial folds or lines around the mouth, enhance the nose or chin contour, or have fuller lips. Areas named: forehead, temples, nose, cheekbones, nasolabial folds, cheeks, chin, aegyo-sal (the band under the eyes), lips and brows.

Points to raise at your consultation:

• Botox and filler are not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding; the clinic advises waiting until both are complete.
• Botox is not performed for people with neuromuscular disorders.
• Filler carries a rare risk of vascular occlusion, which is why the clinic stresses treatment by experienced medical staff. If anything feels wrong after treatment, contact the clinic straight away.
• If skin quality rather than volume is your concern, skin boosters are a separate treatment with their own price list.
