It depends on your goals. Stubborn melasma or deep pigmentation requires pico laser intensive treatment, while mild pigmentation or maintenance suits toning. Often, a combination protocol of pico treatment followed by toning maintenance is most effective.

Temporary post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) can occur. This naturally improves within 2-4 weeks and can be prevented with thorough sun protection. LIV provides comprehensive post-treatment care guidance.

Laser treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. We recommend treatment after completing pregnancy and breastfeeding. During pregnancy, focus on sun protection and moisturizing.
